Just so so staycation.. just room comfortable if i close eyes on the fake lashes stick to the wall..
I got free upgrade and i love the room.. very spacious.. comfortable.. channel of tv very clear and various.. the breakfast also not bad, good also to be eat.. i took nasik lemak back then, the taste is good..
Apart from the spacious and comfortable, i found that the bathroom is not that clean.. i found fake eyelashes stick to the wall, and the bathtub is not very clean.. while breakfast, all table fully occupied.. the front desk people at level 2 keep babbling that, one group of team building around 400 hundreds people coming at the same time.. should be, when u saw group booking, u may asked for their tentative & if space limited, can advise them timing slot for their breakfast.. i saw very unprofessional & unethical behaviour from hotel’s staff on this issue when u talked like this to client or customer.. u should be expecting on every possible situation will coming and u should well prepared.. your hotel is not 1 or 2 star hotel and the fees for one room also not that cheap.. we expecting very good services from your team.. personally, i will avoid to coming here again..

It was a pleasant stay as the room is clean and staffs were polite and friendly.
Choices of breakfast was rather limited.
When we arrived at the hotel, only one staff was at the reception handling the check-in hence the waiting time was pretty long. As we were tired from the travelling, we were hoping the check-in could have been done within the shortest possible time. sraff
